Our Mission

As a small family-owned business, we understand the necessity of quality services. At some point in all of our lives, when it comes to any kind of service we have said “remember how things used to be”. We believe that service should not only consist of phone prompts, voicemails, emails etc., although necessary from time to time, that “robot-like” correspondence leaves much to be desired. Our mission is to change that… whether you have a flooded basement or want to finish your basement, SVT will treat our customers with compassion, empathy, and listen to their needs. Quality means more than just a “good paint job” it means quality of interaction, not only through our work, but through our customer service. We want our customers to feel like “we have a guy” for that. Our dream is to inspire, teach, and to influence people and companies alike to become more personable again, to make quality mean something again, most of all we dream that we can inspire others to be kind to one another
